AP Test Preparation

The Advanced Placement (AP) program offers college level courses for students to take during high school. The AP test and courses allow you to earn college credit and advanced placement, prepare you for the type of course work you will encounter in college, and help you stand out in the admissions process.

• More than 30 courses and exams are offered.
• High schools teach courses and administer exams.
• Each exam take 3 hours, covering the year's worth of study.
• Cost is $75 per course/exam.
• Scores ranges from a 1-5, with 5 being the highest.
• Exams are taken in May, scores are sent to your designated college in July.
