The GMAT test (Graduate Management Assessment Test) is required for admission to most MBA programs. It does not test any specific knowledge in business or other subjects, but measures your basic verbal, quantitative and analytical writing skills. The cost is $250 and can be taken at test centers around the country. The GMAT test is similar to GRE in content, but is considered more challenging.

You can receive a GMAT test score ranging from 200-800. The average GMAT test score worldwide is 570. However, the score you should obtain depends on which school you are going to apply to. Usually, the higher the school ranks, the higher the GMAT test score you must obtain.
You may take the GMAT Test as many times as you would like, but only once per month.
