Overall experience
I love Central College! Just remember that your first year at any school is going to be full of adjustments. Ride out the first year and get familiar with the school, professors, other students and the town.
Selection process and gaining admission
With the right scores and the right preparations Central has a relatively simple application process and they will send you an answer fairly quickly. Make sure you decide what you want out of college and what kind of school you want. Then visit lots of schools to narrow down what fits you best then start applying.
Funding and scholarships
Central is always updating their website with scholarship and grant oppotunities. Take advantage of them! There is money out there if you spend some time looking for it.
Study experience
The more effort you put in the better the rewards. Professors are always available to meet with students and answer questions. Small classes make it easier to get to know your professors and easier to approach them. There are also tutors available. Ask around and you can find someone to help you if you need it.
Social experience
Central's facilities are excellent. There is food available so you don't have to go off campus if you don't want to. You can stop at the cafe or Grand Central Station for something quick or sit down at Central Market for more variety. Central also has great opportunities for sports and the facilities are open to all students. There are dorms and houses to live on during your 4 years there and they are updated often to fit the needs of the students. There is something for everyone!
Job prospects
Central is a very respected school. I believe job opportunties will be available to me after graduation. Professors and other faculty are more than willing to write letters of recommendation.
