About this scholarship:
This scholarship is given by the Department of Art to the incoming freshmen in recognition of outstanding talent, leadership, and academic record. Recipients of the Fine Art Scholarships will receive $1000 a year to apply to educational expenses at the university.

Eligibility
Applicants should maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0.
How to apply
Applicants should submit 10-15 works of art on a CD as a PowerPoint presentation; should include a one-page typed list of artwork indicating the title of work/project, course (if applicable), medium, size, and date/term completed. They should submit a resume neatly organized and must be typewritten in a readable font. They should submit the high school transcripts, GPA, and SAT /ACT composite test scores to Ball State Office of Admissions. Applicants must be admitted to Ball State University to be considered for all scholarships. Applicants must file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). They need to file a FAFSA every year they are in college. The deadline each year is March 10.
