Eligibility
Students must have the following requirements for undergraduate: Be a full time student; have a major in either finance, financial services, risk management and insurance, or real estate (A degree plan should be on file with the college if they are majoring in one of these fields.); completed at least 24 credit hours at UNT; have taken and passed basic principles course in major field (FINA 3770, RMIN 2500, or REAL 2100) and must have a minimum 2.7 cumulative GPA and for graduate: Be a full time student; have a major in either finance or real estate (A degree plan should be on file with the college if they are majoring in one of these fields.); completed at least 12 credit hours at UNT; have completed 6 graduate credit hours (Excluding Deficiency Classes) and have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.
